The Online Pre-Proposal Check session will be organised subsequent to the Brokerage Event on 8 November 2023.
The Pre-Proposal consists of a 45 minutes online meeting between evaluators of Horizon Europe Calls, Cluster 2 National Contact Points and invited project coordinators, who respond to a call to submit draft ideas for evaluation.
During an online meeting, evaluators will provide feedback and tips on how to enhance project ideas.
The aim of the Pre-Proposal Check event is to increase the chances for funding and to transfer useful knowledge to project proposers.
Applicants will have the unique opportunity to discuss their proposals with experienced evaluators and National Contact Points to gain valuable feedback on work already done.
Applications must be submitted via the online registration platform by the project coordinators, who should also denote the second participant for the event.
The submission of applications is open until 18 October 2023.
Please note that the number of slots available for this event is limited and that not all entries can be selected. The selection will be based on the quality of your application as well as the level of completeness of your project proposal.
